airport terminal full gym separate entrance
The location connects directly to the airport terminal. I accessed shops quickly because of the position. The full gym includes multiple machines and free weights. I liked the separate entrance designated for ride-sharing services.
The room needed USB plugs for modern devices.

The hotel is directly connected to the airport terminal. I walked to my gate. The staff helped transport all of our luggage to airport check-in the next morning. The room was spacious enough and quiet..
The water pressure in the bathroom was low. I wanted to get a luggage cart to move my belongings, but they were locked with bicycle locks. I was told i could not use one without a bell hop.

seamless airport stay!
easy access full gym great coffee
i flew in late. the hotel access from the terminal was super easy and fast. the gym was open and had all i needed (a treadmill and weights). the lobby café offered great coffee and pastries, a nice surprise so early (they open at 5 am!).
the room decor felt a tiny bit dated.

The café bar in the lobby serves surprisingly good coffee. It also offers french madeleines at reasonable prices. breakfast is available in a bright and clean area. healthy portions are provided at the restaurant.

the hotel has a full gym equipped with treadmills and weights. there is a separate entrance for ride-sharing services that really helps when the terminal gets busy. a patio with a pagoda and palm trees is available.

the front desk check-in was professional. the staff was helpful and kind . they provided complimentary items because i had no luggage on arrival. wake-up calls are provided by a real person.

my king bed room had solid wood furniture that included a good desk plus an ergonomic chair. the bathroom was perfectly clean and modern. the shower had hot water and decent flow. views of the runways and terminals are available.

efficient desk excellent food comfy suite
the front desk was efficient. i dropped my bags and headed to the bar. the food quality was excellent. my suite was comfy. the hotel is connected directly to the airport. the location is superb if you have an early flight. luggage services are available from the room.
the bartenders seemed arrogant. i tried to pay with cash. they refused. i was on the bad list because i wanted to pay with cash.

convenient airport access
easy access comfortable bed luggage service
i stayed here before a morning flight and appreciated the easy terminal access. carlos helped me move my gear into my room and offered luggage service advice. the beds were comfortable and i liked having the bar and grill available. breakfast was also an option which i considered.
the bartenders seemed arrogant i observed multiple people become inebriated and receive more attention. i was ignored and when i tried to pay with cash i was told they only take credit cards.
